MCH receives shipments from Thursday May 4. Remember to mark all your goods and shipping documents / letters clearly with your company name and stand number.
Goods, packages and mail sent to MCH Messecenter Herning are brought to your stand.
Please note that we do not acknowledge shipments but refer the carrier to contact you on your stand.
PACKAGES AND LETTERS
Packages and letters must be delivered prior to the expo's commencement, and otherwise in the morning on expo days, before the expo opens.
If necessary, goods may be delivered to MCH's storage facilities during opening hours. However, delayed delivery to your stand must be expected.
All packages and letters must be clearly marked with your company name and stand number.

GOODS: ENTRANCE & LOADING
During the period of construction and dismantling, loading and unloading can take place within the official opening hours.

A valid access card must be presented.
Parking for exhibitors on P1 during the expo: Entrance by Kaj Zartows Vej, 7400 Herning.
LOADING OF GOODS
MCH receives goods from Thursday May 4. Remember to mark all goods and freight papers / letters clearly with company name and stand number.
During the expo opening hours, necessary deliveries can be made to MCH Warehouse. However, waiting time for further delivery to the booth must be expected.
Please note: All goods must be transported through the gates to Hall M. The goods must be delivered directly to the stand. If the driver does not have the option of unloading the goods himself, please refer to Sand Spedition.

LARGE EXHIBITION OBJECTS
In order to facilitate a smooth construction of stands, it is very important that larger exhibition objects are in place at your stand as early as possible.
In case that you are exhibiting large objects, where a truck or other transport equipment are needed to place the objects at your stand, please notify Rune Noesgaard no later than Thursday May 4.
It is, however, only necessary to contact MCH, if your exhibition object exceeds a height or width of three meters.
GOODS DURING THE EXPO
During the opening hours of the expo, necessary deliveries can be made to MCH Storage. However, you can expect longer deliverance time to your stand.
