MCH receives shipments from Monday, September 22, 2025. Remember to mark all your goods and shipping documents / letters clearly with your company name and stand number.
Goods, packages and mail sent to MCH Messecenter Herning are brought to your stand.
Please note that we do not acknowledge shipments but refer the carrier to contact you on your stand.

Goods must be delivered directly to the stand. If the driver is unable to unload the goods himself, please contact Sand Spedition. You can also book directly at lv@sandspedition.dk.
Please note
It is not permitted to drive goods in through the doors in the entrances to MCH. Instead, goods must be transported through the gates to the surrounding halls.

LARGE EXHIBITION OBJECTS
In order to facilitate a smooth construction of stands, it is very important that larger exhibition objects are in place at your stand as early as possible.
In case that you are exhibiting large objects, where a truck or other transport equipment are needed to place the objects at your stand, please notify Fie Degn Larsen no later than Monday September 22, 2025.
It is, however, only necessary to contact MCH, if your exhibition object exceeds a height or width of three meters.
GOODS DURING THE EXPO
During the opening hours of the expo, necessary deliveries can be made to MCH Storage. However, you can expect longer deliverance time to your stand.
