You can also order a forklift service directly at Sand Spedition.
EMPTY PACKAGING
Empty packaging may not be stored on the stand or in back rooms.
If you need moving/collection/storing of empty packaging, please contact Sand Spedition.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION REGARDING COLLECTION OF PACKAGING
- Packaging must be packed/lashed securely to pallet(s) before the goods are left at the stand (remember that the goods are transported by a fork-lift truck and on a lorry to/from the storage facilities).
- If there are any sensitive/delicate objects, such as cardboard, cartons, linen, furniture, electrical goods etc., these MUST be covered with foil and/or plastic/tarpaulin.
- Packaging must be expected to be outside for brief periods of time before being returned to the stand.
- Goods must be clearly labelled with the exhibitor's name and stand no.
Please fulfil the above details. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the punctuality or safe return of the packaging. We will, of course, be glad to answer any questions you might have.
Conditions: All assignments are executed in accordance with NSAB 2000/the CMR law.
Please notice: Clingfilm/foil, tape, labels for labelling goods and returned emptied labels can be claimed from Sand Spedition office (between Halls D and E).
Packaging may not be stored on the stand or in the backroom of the stand. In case you need storage space, please contact Sand Spedition.
