MUSIC ON YOUR STAND: KODA | GRAMEX FEE

Playing live music, solo performances or background music (radio, cd, TV, video etc.) on your stand, requires your awareness of the rules for the payment of Koda and Gramex fees.

SMOKE | FUMES

The use of equipment that produces smoke/fumes, steam and similar, that could be inconvenient to other exhibitors and visitors, is not permitted.

NOISE

In the interest of visitors and other exhibitors, noise levels (for example from loudspeakers and video equipment) may not exceed 70 db - measured 1 meter from the stand. We have the authority to turn off the device in case an exhibitor does not comply with this rule.

PHOTOGRAPHING

Photographing of stands and products is ONLY permitted if you have an agreement with the exhibitor in concern.

CHILDREN & TEENAGERS AT THE EXPO

To optimize the exhibitors’ outcome of their participation – and with regard to safety – children and teenagers under the age of 16 do not have access to the expo unless, they are accompanied by an adult visitor with a professional interest in the expo.

Children and teenagers under the age of 16 are not included in the official number of visitors.

Teenagers, who are 16 years or above, can access the expo, if they are from relevant educational institutions and are accompanied by a teacher.

To keep visitors from this target group on a reasonable level, we ask all exhibitors to distribute invitations to the educational institutions thoughtfully.
