Material that have not been removed within the deadline, will be removed on the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
NB. The power will be turned off under dismantling – Thursday May 11 at 06:00 p.m.

4 p.m.: The expo closes and dismantling may begin
6 p.m.: Compressed air, water, drains and electricity supply to the stands are interrupted
10 p.m.: Dismantling closes. Continues Friday, May 12
Do not start degradation before 4 p.m. Thursday, May 11 on the last opening day of the expo.
Access cards must be brought along and displayed on request for all of the above periods.

All vehicles must access from Kaj Zartows Vej → Port 13 (Gate 13) → Port 25 (Gate 25) → Hall M.
Extended working hours after the official dismantling
If you wish to commence constructing your stand sooner than the official construction period, please contact supervisor Rune Noesgaard. The same applies, if you wish to extend your dismantling period after the fair. Please note that in both cases, our service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
MCH CODE OF CONDUCT
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules laid down by relevant legislation and/or laid down by the trade fair organisers and authorities e.g. SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities), Fire Department, Food Administration, Danish Working Environment Authority, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform constructing partners or other partners about applicable rules. MCH has a right to appeal in case of deviations, which, according to MCH's specific assessment, may lead to expulsion.
