Your stand must be emptied of all items that do not belong to MCH Messecenter Herning, no later than Monday 6 October at 16.00
If you need additional time to clear your stand, please contact Fie Degn Larsen.
Material that have not been removed within the deadline, will be removed on the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
NB. The power will be turned off under dismantling – Thursday 2 October at 20.00.

All products and exhibition materials must be removed from the stand no later than Monday, September 29, at 5:00 PM, unless special arrangements are made with Fie Degn Larsen
**NOTE:** If you wish to access the hall and your stand outside of the official opening hours as stated above, please contact Fie Degn Larsen. Please note that our service functions may not necessarily be fully staffed in both cases.

It is our wish that all guests have the same great experience at the expo - both the first and the last. Therefore, all exhibitors must respect the opening hours and not begin dismantling before the expo closes - Thursday at 4:00 PM.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with the rules laid down by relevant legislation and/or laid down by the trade fair organisers and authorities e.g. SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities), Fire Department, Food Administration, Danish Working Environment Authority, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform constructing partners or other partners about applicable rules. MCH has a right to appeal in case of deviations, which, according to MCH's specific assessment, may lead to expulsion.
