THE CONCEPT

As a startup company, you can participate in the EOT Pitching Contest, where the winner of the competition in addition to the honor is also rewarded with DKK 50,000, and a gift card for a Danish patent at Larsen & Birkholm (The gift card has a value of DKK 35,000-40,000 and cannot be exchanged for cash)Read about the concept and sign up for the competition here.

STEP 1: FILLING OUT THE FORM

Information about your Startup company

To participate in the EOT – Pitching Contest, please fill out the form no later than Wednesday 26 April

The form contains the following questions:

Brief presentation of the product/solution
What value / benefit does the product / solution provide to customers / users
How big is the market potential, and is there ex. export opportunities?
In relation to the height of innovation:> Is it a completely new product / a whole new solution> Is it an existing product with improvements

STEP 2: PREPARE 3 MINUTE PITCH

STEP 3: PRESENTATION SUBMISSION

Submit your presentation that you want to use for the Pitching contest for the preliminary rounds

1. No later than Wednesday 4 May at 12.00
2. The presentation is sent to Trine Maria Vittrup by email tv@mch.dk

STEP 4: PRELIMINARY ROUND

The preliminary rounds proceed as follows:

1. The Startup Waiting competition consists of a preliminary round and a final
2. The judging panel consists of four professionals from the industry and from the startup community
3. The judges give each pitch a score from 1-10, with 10 being the best
4. Moderator, tech expert and TV host David Guldager controls the battle
5. The 3 best startups with the highest overall scores, advance to the final
   It is important that the 3 startups that advance to the final have a new presentation ready for the final

STEP 5: THE FINAL

Tuesday 9 May - 13.00-13.45

1. The three Startups with the highest score advance to the final
2. Here, each of the three Startups again has 3 minutes to pitch to the same panel of judges and the winner is rewarded with DKK 50,000, -
