NOTE
Unloading that is expected to take longer must be done on one of the other building days. On expo days, parking in the area between the exhibition halls is not allowed.
Deposit: On the last building day, Monday, September 29, as well as on fair days in the period from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, only unloading that lasts a maximum of 1½ hours is allowed. A deposit of DKK 500 (70 Euro) will be charged upon entry. The deposit will be refunded if the unloading lasts a maximum of 1½ hours. You can pay the deposit in both cash - DKK or EURO - and by credit card.
If you wish to access the hall and your stand outside of the official opening hours as stated above, please contact Rune Noesgaard. Please note that our service functions may not necessarily be fully staffed in both cases.
DISMANTLING

All products and exhibition materials must be removed from the stand no later than Monday, September 29, at 5:00 PM, unless special arrangements are made with Rune Noesgaard.
