Extended working hours before official construction
If you wish to commence constructing your stand sooner than the official construction period, please contact supervisor Kim Lauridsen. The same applies, if you wish to extend your dismantling period after the fair. Please note that in both cases, our service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
In Hall M, the responsible hall manager will gladly help you with any technical/practical problems.
If the hall manager is not in his/her office in the hall, you can use the telephone outside the office. There is a list of numbers of the relevant services right next to the phone. You can also write a message on the pad of paper in the same location. Remember to write your company name and stand number. The hall manager will contact you as soon as possible.
All MCH's indoor areas are provided with free wireless internet access. There are two networks. The difference between those two networks is the speed. Exhibitors can achieve a higher speed by logging in.
Network for visitors - does not require login
Network for exhibitors - requires login
Exhibitors’ wireless network provides speed up to 8 Mbit. Internet access with higher speed as well as wired internet connection can be ordered in our expo shop.
Login to the display network is:
During the expo, exhibitor login can be obtained at the Organiser's Office or in the Technical Service Center. Login is only valid during EOT.
Playing live music, solo performances or background music (radio, cd, TV, video etc.) on your stand, requires your awareness of the rules for the payment of Koda and Gramex fees.
To obtain a registration, please contact:

Kindly inform the expo organizer in case there will be music on your stand.
During construction, waste containers for combustible material of up to 1 meter length have been set up.
During the expo days the containers are located outside Hall M.
Non-combustible material is delivered in the container at the artisan workshop behind Port 8 (Gate 8).
Larger amounts of waste can be removed from the exhibitor's own account.
If you are using foreign companies/staff to the construction of your stand, please remember to remind the foreign companies/staff to register in "RUT – The Register of Foreign Service Providers".
The Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT) is the Danish government's official register to report a foreign service. Foreign service providers (employees and self-employed) working in Denmark must register in RUT.
In proportion to the exhibition, RUT must be completed, if you use foreign labor to construct your stand. The exhibitor, construction company or private person for whom the work is carried out that must be stated in RUT as the employer in connection with the notification (and not MCH A/S).
MCH does hereby notify that MCH has no obligations in this aspect. The link below goes to the website of The Danish Working Environment Authority (WEA) about RUT.
Please contact Kim Lauridsen in advance in case you wish to begin the construction work before Thursday 14. January.
Please note that outside the official opening hours our service functions are not fully staffed.
